LVB BodySculpt & MedSpa uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients for the following purposes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Appointment rescheduling and cancellation notifications
- Responses to client inquiries sent via text
- Wellness guide delivery and follow-up (when requested)
- General spa communications you have opted into
How to Opt In
You may opt into SMS communications from LVB MedSpa by:
- Providing your phone number on our website contact or lead capture forms

- Verbally consenting at the time of booking
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from LVB BodySculpt & MedSpa at that number.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from us
- Texting STOP to (914) 639-2429
- Contacting us at info@lvbbodysculpt.com to request removal
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further marketing messages. Note: opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending essential appointment-related communications.
Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and any services or guides you have requested. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. LVB MedSpa is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Privacy of Your Mobile Number
Your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with our appointment management platform (STX Cloud) solely for the purpose of sending appointment-related communications.
TCPA Compliance
Our SMS messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing text messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
