Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Notify us by calling, emailing, or texting — not through social media as messages may not be seen in time.

• 24-hour advance notice required for all cancellations and reschedules
• No-shows and same-day cancellations charged 100% of the service amount
• A valid credit card must be on file to book any appointment

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for other clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. The full price still applies. Please call or text us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Packages & Pre-Paid Services

Packages are non-refundable but transferable. They expire within the time frame communicated at purchase. Extension requests must be discussed with staff before expiration.

Scheduling Recommendations

We recommend scheduling your next service before leaving LVB. Our coordinators are happy to assist you in selecting the best follow-up appointment time.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and not included in service prices. 20% of the full service value is customary in the beauty industry.

Return Policy

Product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions beyond this window.

• Unopened products: full refund, exchange, or spa credit
• Opened products (less than 25% used): exchange or spa credit only
• Gift cards & sale items: all sales final; gift cards not replaceable if lost
